Don’t Ask Don’t Tell; One of the Visible Evil of Modern Discriminatory America
Disgusting, ridiculous, annoying, shameful, etc. are all very kind word to describe this America's awful and disdainful policy wanting gallant soldiers to live and remain a lie through the best part of their lives. At a point when these soldiers are doing what they most believe in and proudly wearing their national colour... it is just totally destructive and could mare their lives forever.
According to reports, the US Army has fired an estimated 13,500 soldiers since instituting this policy 17 years ago in 2003. Nearly all of these very selfless, dedicated and patriotic Americans where sent

Women Bishops Must Not Be Second Rate
The Anglican Church (of England) struggled through the issue of ordaining women in the first place. It took several discussions and at last, it was agreed and women were ordained into the holy order to minister the sacraments at the holy altar. Before this time, women can only be Lay Readers and must not step into the high altars.
Since that event, not just the church, but the entire people have seen the invaluable contribution of women as priests. They brought with them the motherly nature and have been essential in seeing the survival of the priesthood to this day.
With the progress and success of women in the clergy, it is no doubt that they can add more vitality and
America, The Spies and Russia: Is This A Government Propaganda
Recently, we saw what seem the most exotic show of friendship between Presidents Obama of the United States of America and Medvedev of Russia. Not only did the Russian president visit US, signalling the beginning of a new era of peaceful bilateral relationship between the two countries, but also a personal friendship between the two leaders. What with the sharing of a meal in a bugger shop?
Funny enough, less than a week after the visit, the US Intelligence announced arresting 10 ‘alleged’ Russian spies. And in what seem like deciding the fate of a failed student, they were taken to court, prosecuted and eventually convicted of the accusation within a short space of time. Too fast the media was gasping to keep up.

The Anglican Church Needs A Leader: Rowan Has Lost The Plot
I was once an admirer of Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the spiritual head of the worldwide Anglican Church; but that has changed in recent years. I sincerely think that his lukewarm attitude is the worst thing for the present Anglican Church.
It is a church I (still) love with all that is me and regardless of being a non-believer, will support and defend in every sincere and progressive step it takes. But the present Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams isn’t getting it right. And not just that he is not getting it right – as we know right differs from person to person - but he is indecisive. He might as well not agree with many things but he

UK Supreme Court upholds LGBT Asylum seekers must not be sent back to countries with risk to their lives.
The Justice for Gay Africans [JfGA] Society heartily welcomes the ruling by the Supreme Court that gay men and women should not be sent ‘back to live discretely’ in countries with homophobic laws.
This ruling is a landmark and goes a long way to ensure that LGBTI people have a fair hearing when seeking safety in the UK from perceived or known persecution in their home country. As the Home Secretary has welcomed this ruling, implementation should be immediate and loopholes checked against as recent researches, like the 'No Going Back' by the Stonewall highlighted a high level of ignorance, disbelief & sheer hatred by immigration staff who handle these cases.
From many indications, it is disheartening to see and know that many ordinary individuals do not know nor understand this grave wickedness carried out by their government through an immigration system riddled with staff who show no humane compassion towards vulnerable people who run here for safety from persecution and forceful lifestyle.
This is great news. It is consoling to know that someone really cares and recognises the dangers of asking people to ‘go back [to homophobic countries] and live discretely’ hence living a lie for the rest of their lives. The discretion test case confirms that majority of people of this country [UK] are compassionate and understands that ‘living discretely’ contravenes the idea of freedom by all ramifications. We now hope that the government will implement this recommendation sincerely and that other countries bound by the 1951 Convention will follow this excellent judgement.
We have a strong belief in the coalition government to make good this opportunity to improve the image of the UK as a country with respect and support for human dignity and liberty.

Jeffrey John: The Tipping Point Of The Anglican Communion
Seven years after Dr. Jeffrey John was first denied entering the nomination for the bishopric of Reading, his name has popped up once again; this time for a London City Southwark Diocese. As Southwark is known for its open-arm religion and Christ-like and friendly environment, one would think, taking into consideration the history of the Church of England and sexuality of the past seven years, that Dr. John will get there this time.At the time of his first nomination for the Diocese of Reading, what many people didn't understand or fathom out was that the then newly Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams is very weak and would not be
