Why The Coalition Government Must Not Rush Its Proposed Boundary Reform?

Anything other than waiting for the thorough audit of electoral registration, census and how to appropriately get people onto the electoral register, and this boundary re-drawing would be shambles and a waste of resources regardless of who gains or loses. Seems we cant get jurisdictions and boundaries straight in this country ever.
