I commiserate with Mr. Cameron on the loss of his 'old friend' - bicycle. As an everyday cyclist in London, I understand exactly what one's bicycle means that cars dont. Yes, because my bike is my most important possession and I always feel disjointed without it.
I have once lost a bike, and also had one damaged by an accident. I can imagine how David felt when he stepped out the supermarket and not find his dear 'old friend'; although a means of travelling would be readily available to complete his journey. But I felt same on the day at Wood Green when I stepped out the bank and mine was gone.
Crime isnt what any one man can stop. It happens to all of us and our tackling it must be positive instead of vindictive. What I find funny though is how that Mr. Cameron appealed to have his bike back as if it is that easy. Except and unless, this is staged, and if not, I would assure David he is dreaming... I know many other cyclist in London who has lost a bike and none, and I mean, just no one has ever got their bike back. I do also hope Mr. Cameron experience the amount of letters and leaflets the Metropolitan Police will send in his postbox in the next few days.
I can offer him my spare one to repair and use. Its just a little over a year old bought new but hampered in my recent accident.

A Cordial Relationship Between The Predator And Prey... How?
The new government’s policy in response to the spiralling situation of knife crime is a huge joke when looked at from the point of offenders visiting victims. Nevertheless, one must not forget to acknowledge that the government and all stake holders are working exceptionally hard to curb this new frenzy but this particular clause and approach lacks conviction.
First, this visit would be agonizing to the victim… On the other hand, the offender may see it as an opportunity to finish his/her work. Or else, use it to infuriate his poor victim in so many ways. And when taken into consideration, how many victims of knife crime survived in the recent spate of this curse that has befallen us? Did the government also add that these offenders might have to visit morgues to see the corpse of their victims? And what? Rejoice, be given an award? What for? For me, jail them.
The problem remains that this society is going downhill. Since that day in the early 80s when respect was sold for children rights to discourage child abuse, it isnt a surprise that this is happening. When tagged, these are the first generation of the products of many who were never disciplined and who in turn themselves do not know how to discipline their kids.
Britain should realise it has to go back to the foundation. Politics will not solve this problem. Not the Labour party, not the Tory, the LibDem, nor any party can solve this problem. The Church cannot, the Mosque will not, and all the Youth Centres and Programs are a waste of time and resources as long as violence and evil among teenagers are concerned. These young ones lack proper home training, they lack decorum, they lack a sense of essence of life. They have rights but no responsibilities. They shout at their parents, they jeer at those who want to correct them. They do not know the inputs that yield output, let alone the processes. And to tell you what, those kids in India working in factories making clothes for Primark are much desirable to be with and are more humanly wise than these crop of rampants here who lack any sense of regard for anything.
Unfortunately, we are still sleeping and relying on out theories of consultations and ignoring the truth. If not cured, in 10 years time, we will be walking the streets with even greater fears. Imagine 4 lives taken in 24 hours in London only? I pray my life is not cut short next as these blood suckers lavish in their bloodthirstiness.

Gene Robbinson is Both Brave And Selfish
I listened to the interview of the American Gay Bishop on BBC World Radio Service a few minutes ago and would say he is a brave man.
I have always considered him so because of the battle he has embarked on forcing himself on people with different views to accept him. As a gay man myself, and a former Christian - an Anglican of high degree; if like the Apostle Paul, I will boast so - Mr. Robbinson's insistence on the church accepting his interpretations of the Bible is totally selfish.
First, the Bible is clear on what it said, 'man must not lie with man as does with a woman', etc and all the other six which he can identify. The issue to people like me then is: is the Bible written by man or God? We know the obvious. And this also brings us to the arguement, if he insist that the Bible isn't fixed, how legitimate is that book and the other Holy books? Thus he is also guilty of the same accusation that they all, interpret the Bible to suit themselves, etc.
I left the Christian faith because my belief ran counter to theirs in very many ways, including my sexuality, and my opinion is that one must not belong to a group he is not welcomed to. Christianity is not for gay men except gay men with inferiority complex. Gene should review his pursuit and ask himself, is this really the group for me? His pursuit is simply the same as a Christian insisting on Islam to accomodate his views of faith and interpret the Quoran otherwise or the other way round and vice versa.
I do believe in God, and that God understands me the way I am and our relationship works out though nothing in the form any of these religions see their own God. Gene Robbinson is brave in foisting himself on Christianity and selfish on insisting it should accomodate him. People join groups because they have same opinion, focus, aim, ideology, etc, And if a man or woman wants to join that group or belong to it, that person must have and believe in and agree to same or go form his own group and let this other group be. What I ask from Christians, Muslims, Budists, and all what are, is to respect my right as a man to live my life as a gay man with whoever I chose and agree to that with. I think we each have our rights to believe in what we want and follow it so long as it does not trample and infringe on others private and personal rights of existence.
Gene Robbinson must wake to this fact and respect himself to leave the Christian Anglican Church alone and stop being an impediment on her way to its suppose kingdom of heaven. I am glad of his bravity to raise the issue, but I am wary of his selfishness to argue blindly.

David Cameron Is Completely Right; You Are FAT!
I do like it when people say the right things. And David Cameron has just done that recently when he blatantly and openly put it point blank that the fat should be told they are fat; full stop. I have always believed so too.
We are so complacent and over neutral in today’s world that truth has become alien to us. I do tell people they are fat and they normally get angry while others around always tell me one thing; ;’it is rude to say so’ - rubbish. But I maintain that such is rubbish because it is obvious they are just as said: FAT! Drug addicts, smokers, alcoholics are not spared my honesty when necessary. It is a truth, and there aren’t 2 sides to it.
But having said that, I do not think Mr. Cameron is right about the poor; although I would suspect he didn’t say or mean it as reported in the TIMES. In my imagination, he might mean that people should rise and make themselves live above poverty instead of using it as an excuse to get mercy and remain prisoners of poverty. Yet, as rightly put, people have to be told where they stand so they can make necessary adjustments.
Without denying it, support must be extended to vulnerable people in these conditions. We will not just have to tell them how fat, poor, alcoholic, etc they are and leave them to struggle alone; NO! The society must work with them but rebuff those who wont reach out to the extended hand of help. In so doing, it will not become a judgment and punishment on these fellas and so we will avoid creating a moralistic society.
In a nutshell, Mr. Cameron’s speech interprets into my best quote ever: “Teach men to fish, not give them fish to eat".

Women For Bishops; Another Dilenma In The Plate Of Anglican Church.
The Church of England or better put, the Anglican Church is at it again. This Church never ceases to mesmerize me at the rate it does not seem to be in peace or agree easily. Nevertheless, I am not completely or totally surprise as I have mentioned in past writings, that this is the supposedly fate of her since she was found in rancour.
Henry VIII’s clever manouvering of papal authority is today portrayed in the sorrows that have bedeviled the great church every step of the way. And do we see any solution in the near future? A Church cursed with liberalism continues to suffer from freedom as if it was a gag. The disobedience to and the striping off the authority from Rome has continued to be replicated over the years. First it was the monarch, and by now, we are living with an Archbishop that has no power at all thereby leaving the church with obviously no leadership.
While the Church continue to battle the issue of homosexuality, the consecration of women bishops is now a threat to dampen that and upgrade Rowan William’s headache to a migraine. How soon they deal with this, would determine what fate faces this sickly grown-up child Church from now on.
All these delicate issues require no sitting on the fence. If the Church, and Christianity in its entirety is to live up to what her legacy preaches, then there isn’t any argument whether women can be bishops or not archbishops. Yet, from this point, it is totally confusing what is or not correct.
Jesus did associate with women, but according to the records left, - seen so far – there was no woman among the official twelve. Wish the guy (Jesus) himself wrote something down anyway. But the Bible is by no means clear on these issues. While the notorious controversial Saint Paul wrote that all are equal in Christ Jesus, the same Paul wrote that women ‘should submit themselves under their husbands’ which fanatics will argue talks of marriage and therefore use it to uphold their homophobia, yet in a better, clearer and general text, the controversial apostle said “But I would you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the HEAD OF THE WOMAN IS THE MAN; and the head of Christ is God” (1 Corinthians 11 verse 3). Now this is completely contrasting for a man who said to the Romans that everyone is equal.
All religion debases women. But Christianity which seems to have been the most adventurous stuns me when it keeps upholding inequality in this form. I think that that it is time we agree that human beings are completely the same and that religion is man made. The Anglican Church, as the forward moving institution, should approve this and set an example to her fellow traditional Churches that such can be done and we can only face this changes and get on.
As I write this, I am happy to hear it as a breaking news on BBC News24 that the General synod has voted to have women Bishops; long live your tolerance. Now back to the issue of gay priest. What vote?

Between Robert Mugabe and Morgan Tsvangirai
The issue in Zimbabwe is one that have seen all blame heaped on one man alone. While that is the routine for politics, it is quite saddening to think that a lot of people who have no first hand experience make it seem obviously blown out of proportion, especially the media. I do suspect at most times that the reports we listen to are extremely blown out of proportion just to paint condemn Mugabe.
Without support for the perpetual-power seeking Mugabe, what worries me most is that the so-called West is just portraying to bear the burden more than the sufferers. In so doing, one wonders if their interests aren’t anything but to encourage a better settled and peaceful Africa.
Between Robert Mugabe and Morgan Tsvangirai, none is the angel. As an African who has seen all these power tussle all my life, I have no favourite among all of these evil men; and yes, I call them evil men because these ‘rulers’ are nothing but just that.
Morgan may need a chance to prove he will be any better than his predecessors. But that chance that he may tow a different/better path from what African rulers always are is so atomic it is unbelievable. And what he has done is tow the path of his ilks by claiming to be the victim, which create the stooge the West always need.
Yet, the blessed West isn’t to blame for all these, rather we damned African are the architects of our own misery. It is a continent bedevilled with its own blessings… yes, blessing because we have enough to keep the continent contented instead of contented with greedy leadership. This is the reason the other African rulers wont say a word in Mugabe’s face because that would be pot calling kettle black.
As for the common masses of Zimbabwe, it may be a bold protest of life and death that would save them. But that is an imagination as, like many Africans, most of them would prefer the bribes from Mugabe than stand up for their rights. We think so much of ‘now’ and forget the sacrifices that can secure tomorrow.
But I am sure, for Africa, our redemption is far unless we do away with our greedy self-importance and accept to learn from those who have got it right.
